Sendero Resources is a dynamic junior exploration company focused on unlocking the vast mineral potential of the Vicuña District in Argentina. Our flagship Peñas Negras Project encompasses a sprawling 211km² of prime exploration territory, 120km² of which are 100% owned by Sendero, with an option agreement in place for the remaining 91.7km², which is directly adjacent to the original claims.

Situated in the Vicuña District, renowned for significant copper discoveries, the Peñas Negras Project is strategically surrounded by world-class super giant discoveries owned by Filo Mining, Lundin Mining, and NGEx Minerals.

The Project exhibits close geological similarities to neighboring deposits, including the prestigious Josemaria and Filo Del Sol copper-gold porphyry system and the gold-rich Maricunga porphyries.

Jeremy Gillis has over 25 years of international business experience, including the last 15 years in natural resources. He joined Sendero as Director of Corporate Development in 2024. Prior to joining Sendero, Mr. Gillis spent 10 years at Yamana Gold, advancing through consecutive internal promotions, before moving into junior resource company development in 2020 and serving as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Karus Mining Inc.

David Cross, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

David Cross is a CPA and co-founder of Cross Davis & Company, an accounting firm focused on providing accounting and management services to publicly listed companies since 2010. He has extensive experience servicing mining and mineral exploration companies.

Alex Gostevskikh, QP MMSA

Director

Alex Gostevskikh has over 30 years of experience in international mining and exploration, specializing in mineral exploration and the development of orogenic gold-style mineralization. He has held several senior executive roles with mining companies, including Kinross and Centerra, and is a Qualified Member of the Mining & Metallurgical Society of America. Mr. Gostevskikh is a member of Sendero’s Board of Directors and serves as a consultant to the Company.

Senior exploration geoscientist with > 40 years of diverse international experience in mineral exploration and discovery, mine development, and project management on five continents. Recipient of PDAC 2015 Thayer Lindsley International Discovery Award Kamoa Copper Deposit Discovery Team. Chief Technical Advisor of Karus Mining Inc.

Manni Buttar

Director

Manni Buttar joined Sprott Capital Partners LP (SCP), a division of Sprott Inc., in 2016 as the Vice-President - Business Development. His primary focus is building and further developing SCP’s Structured Flow Through Share Program. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with a Masters in Accounting and Finance from the University of Waterloo, Ontario (Canada) and has experience in the financial services area. His experience in financial services include both the capital markets and wealth management arena internationally.
